FaraNova provides IT services including mobile app development, custom software solutions, and freelance IT consulting. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. FaraNova retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

FaraNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
